Nitrous Pro-Flow purge kits are designed to be plumbed into the main feed line with no additional fittings required.

A purge system allows any vapor in the nitrous feed line to be expelled prior to the nitrous system activation.

The Nitrous Pro-Flow bottle with its patent pending valve and tube assembly flows 360 lb/hr more than the competitor's high flow valve and tube! Independent testing showed a 20hp increase by switching bottles alone. The unique Radiused inlet and large diameter pick-up tube design prevents separation in the flow of the nitrous which can cause a phase change and a resulting loss in flow. The valve assembly is a specially modified version of the industry standard. Nitrous Pro-Flow lightweight aluminum bottles are powder coated black and are available in 10lb and 15lb sizes.

Nitrous Pro Flow nitrous bottles use a unique radiused inlet and large-diameter pickup tube. This tube prevents separation in the flow of the nitrous, which can cause a phase change, resulting in flow loss. Nitrous Pro Flow lightweight aluminum bottles are powdercoated black to ensure durability.

Nitrous Pro Flow 4 Cylinder Direct Port Dry systems offer maximum horsepower capability. At the heart of these systems is the Nitrous Pro Flow Conical Discharge Dry nozzle. These nozzles promote expansion of nitrous in a conical pattern upon exiting the nozzle to more completely fill the intake tract leading to better distribution from cylinder to cylinder. Included in these systems are our Equalizer Distribution Blocks, which provide the best possible distribution of nitrous while maximizing flow and preventing nitrous phasechange. Also included in these systems are high flow nitrous solenoids, nitrous purge solenoid, and stainless steel hard lines.

These NPF Spring-Loaded Burst Panels are designed for nitrous applications to burst after a backfire event to keep your system safe. This reusable pressure relief valve will eliminate races lost at the line since it immediately resets for small backfires. This keeps you on the track after a backfire, rather than having to replace a burst panel. The part is excellent insurance to protect expensive carburetors, throttle bodies, and intake manifolds. These are fully CNC machined, anodized, and o-ringed to seal to the manifold.

The Nitrous Pro Flow blow-down tube assembly is installed to vent nitrous oxide to the outside of the vehicle in the event of a bottle over pressure occurrence. Required by all sanctioning bodies when a nitrous oxide bottle is mounted within the driver compartment.
